1st. European GEOCOINFEST 2011


We are happy to announce that we are hosting the

1st. European GEOCOINFEST in Cologne / Germany

Date: Sunday, August 28th 2011


The Team GCF2011-Europe is happy to welcome all the national and international Geocoin Fans, as well as all the Geocaching Fans worldwide.
We also welcome all national and international vendors for this special commercial event, where they can display there beautiful Geocoins and sell them to our many attendees.
We are in contact with some other vendors who will display there Geocaching stuff, such as clothes, lamps and climbing equipment.

We are working out the side events for Friday 26th. and Saturday 27th..
On Saturday there will be a GEOCOINFEST Early Check-in. Those who are pre-registered can check in and pick up their registration packets.
We are working out different registration packets, so please check back often to keep up to date.
We are having a very useful link for getting your hotels booked easily and to very fair rates.

Vendor information:
To sell at the event you need to be a registered vendor and accredited through us, the Team GCF2011-EU.
Private sellers who have not booked a vendor table are NOT allowed on this GEOCOINFEST and will friendly be asked to leave the area.
Besides selling and buying on this event, there is enough space for Trading Coins for all attendees. There will be a silent trading and for Saturday is planned a Geo-Poker Tournament.

Scedule:

FRIDAY, 26th. August Early Meeting Event
SATURDAY, 27th. August Meet & Greet Event, plus daytime activities
SUNDAY, 28th. August Main-Event , GEOCOINFEST2011 starting 10 a.m.
